We are a boutique, family-owned business specialising in property investment and residential property management primarily in the Hutt Valley area.

OUR STORY

Ron Vink is the owner and Director of Astute Property Group. He started his career in the property industry in 1978. His property experience includes valuation, real estate, mortgage and investment consulting and time in the building industry. He is joined in their business by his daughter Amber Moore.

Amber has a genuine passion for property and a gift in administration. Having grown up around building sites and with a love of interior decorating, she has spent many years watching and learning from her father. Now with over a decade of hands-on experience in property management Amber is extremely qualified to confidently handle the day to day running of the residential property management business.

Both Ron and Amber have been tenants and landlords themselves so they understand the needs of both parties well.
Together, Ron and Amber bring you a complete package of expertise in all things property.
